  • When we state the lead time of 2-3 weeks, we’re not kidding. We fabricate everything right here in our Central Florida warehouse, cutting out time interferences due to international parts or processing. The lead time stays the same throughout the entire process.
  • We wouldn’t dare have our precious artwork break while in transit so, we use a custom fabricated wooden crate for your granite top. It won’t see the light of day until it sees you. All precautions are taken to ensure you receive your fire pit table in a timely manner with zero mishaps. Should any complication arise, Firetainment handles all damaged freight claims in a timely manner, replacing the component immediately. Just a few measures need to be considered when receiving freight.
